request for additional evidence
has anyone received request for additional evidence to prove that you lived with your spouse and more evidence about the abuse? we lived in separate states but after we got married she decided not to file and took the money from our account plus I don’t have anything to show I was living there except for bank statements, lawyer told me to do a psych evaluation and get letters. can someone help?

same situation with me and I recently got approved. I have same RFE as you and sent them back ( psychological evaluation, joint bank statements, insurance bills together, lease agreements together, pictures together,electric bills,and support letters from two friends. good luck 🍀

@Naruto 🍣 It looks that way because we were in different states but I was traveling back and forth and right after marriage I was packing to live in one place and she just changed her mind but I have wedding photos and bank statements except for lease agreement, insurance and bills

pero a mi no ne puritan esa no la Mia tuve que ir a un lugar aquí en manhattan y pagar 51 dólar y me la envision por correo y luego yo la envié a immigration mira tienes k saber bien lo qué dice si es carta de references de amigos tienes k enviar mas de 2 o si es una carta de la policia

@Violet 📨 Nope, I have nothing in my hands and sort of give up but after RFE I think I have to fight against this evils and start do everything when I receive RFE notice.

@Violet 📨 I got my psychological evaluation one week before I respond to them so there is no time limit.The only matter is how strong your case. If you meet certain criteria, you should get approved.
