44 days and still waiting

it usually take from 30-60 days on most of the applicants but is could be less than that if the officer was not busy. what evidence do USCIS request.

more than 6 months evidence received date July 30 th 2024, they start working on my case on Jan 30 th 2025 she no progress.

what was the RFE asking for ? more pictures for what? I’m wondering if I’m gonna get RFe too. I only submitted 2 Pp pics for i485 and 1765. I didn’t apply for Travel Authorization

@Sammy they asked for more old pics of me and my mom and affidavit of witnesses 2 individual, school records or any medical records. optional DNA test

that’s weird, was your mom’s name not on your birth certificate

@Sammy S her name was on there but they said it wasn’t enough evidence

i also had rfe on my case same petition and still waiting mailed them on April 2nd still nothing
