Hello,
My vawa has been approved and I just checked my status for i485 and saw " Request for Intiial evidence" . I haven't recieved the letter though because it will be sent through my lawyer . . My question is , Is it a request for medicals ?

did it take you 2 months to send a response for the RFE or they just sent out a “rfe receieved” message after 2 months ?

@user124 i intentionally submitted early Aug because I was out of the country . it was a 3 month time frame to submit

once your vawa was approved your lawyer should have told you to go get the medicals done. that is what my lawyer did @Vawa Approved Jan 2 2025 so this rfe is going to be for medicals. you would have had them ready to send!.
