ReOpen I485
hi everyone. my 130 has been Aproved 2 months ago and I485 admin closed because of Removal proceeding.
Last month ,the Judge dismissed the removal proceeding and I sent it to Uscis to reopen , how long does it take to be reconsidered? Thank you

Hey guys reopening probably takes about two to three months. Some people get it fast in a few days or weeks. Depends on your luck.

After they closed the removal proceedings, my case was reopened 2-3 months later. Now, I'm waiting for any progress on my I-485, as my I-130 has been approved since 2020.
