renewing passport for green card holder.
My little sister(10 yrs old) who is a green card holder is about to get her passport expire soon. what are the procedure to renew passport since she is in USA and unless she becomes US cutizen she can’t get US passport?

is your parents a US citizen? if yes, they can file for her to become a citizen

you should contact your embassy what country your sister is from.. they will help renew another for her. she can’t be getting us passport coz she’s or her parents are not us citizens.. embassy of her home country will help with her passport renewed

you just have to mail off for a passport in your home country and they deliver it to you in USA
