Renewal VAWA EAD Approved
Renewal EAD approved after 326 days. Expedited late January, Expited application received February 13, Expedition request approved on February 22, Card is produced on February 23rd.. I hope they approve I-131 (advanced parole) along with it.

@chris rod case out of 9.5 months processing time, auto extension notice not enough to get a new job, evidence of no earned income, almost empty bank statements, wrote an additiona 2 page notarized letter to back this up and lawyer added her own request to expedite. all like 106 pages of statement

hi what category did you put in your renewal papers for EAD?do you have a pending I-485 ?did you put C9 category in your renewal application?or c09 or under vawa category ?

when you first got ur working permit did it come along with SSN?
