EAD had been extended to 540 days . check your category

@think positive well hopefully that’s enough time to get it renewed. Anither question I have is, does it matter if you were married to GC holder or US citizen?

I just saw some November 2023 case is approved, so we are next

@think positive yes I got my receipts which gives me 180 days extension but my drivers license will expire same day. not sure if DMV will extend it

@Shanice blue I only got 180 days extension. 540 days extension are for people who applied before October 2023. I was married to a US citizen. since I applied in December, I am only eligible for 180 days extension. when did you apply for extension?

i don’t think you can put in for renewal before 90days
