my lawer ask me 1000 for ead and and I can't file by vawa 131 and if I do so some other way and they charge me 5000 for 131 .I am Aug 2022 also

@jean pierre if you file for 131 while 130 and 485 is pending, is it free? I read somewhere that there's $575 fee if filed after April 2024. Is it true?

nothing free you have to pay for the I 485 one fee cover everything work permit travel documents and i485 they wave the fees the work permit and travel documents

@m s did you file both i-765 and I-131 together or separately? my lawyer submitted just I765 and is now asking for $2500 attorney fee plus $630 uscis filing fee. Isn't vawa free since last year

@M K it’s a scam you don’t need to pay anything to renew it if you file by yourself
