Removal terminated
Hello everyone, I have an I-130 approved. I was in removal proceedings. the judge dismissed the case. Now I am trying to get uscis to reopen and adjudicate my I-485. I have written to them awhile ago no response yet. what is the best way to get them to reopen and adjudicate my I-485? Thank you,

is your i485 administratively closed? did you send the judge’s termination letter to USCIS?? if yes then you just have to wait for their response

Sorry for the question. But, how long did it take for your i130 to be approved? I'm in removal proceedings too and I've been waiting for my approval for a year. Married with USC.

Trident. About 3 months abii. Yes I did send them the Judge order. Dan. 13 months Pamela. They don't have jurisdiction over it while i am in removal. Thank you all.

ok great, just wait patiently, they will send you a notice, after mine removal terminated it took them 6 months to reopen I 485, they called me for second interview which was on July 1st. officer didn’t ask any questions, just the yes/no questions. and to my wife was how did she meet me, that’s all. we gave him some joint updated evidence and the medical exams.interview last around 15 minutes. 3 days later I was approved, 4 days later card was produced. I got my permanent GC on July 13.

@abdou after reopen they send the letter in couple of weeks. case was reopened on 13 May case is ready to schedule for an interview was on 16 May we sent you an interview notice was on May 25th interview was on July, 01. card was being produced on July , 06 cas approved on July, 07 card was mailed on July, 11 card was picked up by USPS ON JULY 12 card was delivered on July , 13th

so I just talk to an agent my case is going on 16 months she told me they have 18 months to give me update so she say if I don't hear anything from them in 2 months I should call back so they can set me up for an interview if it's needed guys it been 1 year now since I get my case dismissed
