do u have a work permit or u never applied for one?

I did apply for one & I renew it pretty much every year but they haven’t renewed the last one I submitted.

please how did you file both forms concurrently while in removal and also apply for work permit. I learnt one can file only i130 in removal proceedings. With a valid work permit, a shift backward is better to buy time for approval of both forms

I was placed in removal proceedings a year after I filed my form I-130, I-485, & I-765. thank you for the response @Mmls L

yes you can fill both concurrently in order to get work permit but uscis does not have jusrisdictiin on ur 1485 unless your i130 is approved when it is approved the u can take a copy of it and send it to you local uscis office to reopen your i485 . also after i130 is approve your lawyer will write the immigration judge to teminate your removal proceedings .
