Removal of conditions on Residency
UCSIS used my previous picture and fingerprint, waiving the biometric appointment, then it went from Finger Prints to Approval, having my interview waived as well. I filled the application without assistance from an immigration lawyer, so I was worried about delays or any even denial. But finally, I just received my green card in the mail. 🙏🏻 #greencard #removalofconditions

i am in a similar situation, but reading online, it says i need to wait 3months before my conditional greencard expires before i apply. My lawyer told me, I should wait until USCIS sends me a Letter to Renew. Please help me share your experince

@Kim Kae I submitted my i751 within the 90-day expiration period. My conditions expired in August and I submitted my application in July. Don’t wait for them to send you a letter, you should apply to remove your conditions before your conditional residency expires. Good luck with your process :)

@HOPE I had an interview for my conditional residency, then I had my finger prints and interview waived for my removal of conditions. :)

@k k I did, initially I got the receipt letter extending it for 24 months, then they sent me another one extending for 48 months total. Then after that was the approval noticed.
