if you both receive conditional yes you have to file his own so when they remove your condition they remove your child’s own too

So if she has a 10 years then no you don’t need to remove her condition, was her dad or stepdad the citizen that file for you? if yes then that’s why she got 10 years and you still have to remove condition on yours
