remarried after K1 and VAWA, can I adjust with new marriage?
I entered the U.S. on a K-1 visa, married my petitioner within the required 90 days, and filed for adjustment of status. Before my green card was approved, we divorced after about two years of marriage, and I later filed a VAWA self-petition.
A few years after that, I met someone else and remarried. My VAWA case is still pending, and I’m unsure of my options. Specifically, can I withdraw my VAWA petition and instead adjust status through my current marriage?
I’ve been feeling stuck in a legal gray area and would appreciate guidance or insight from anyone.

@Lion King to my knowledge the only way to adjust status “if it's not your fiance” after entering on a K-1 is through VAWA. You can not adjust through a new marriage.

@Lion King but you can ask a lawyer or go on Reddit.

@Lion King You would have to fill out form I130 & 485. Hire an immigration lawyer.

your vawa is automatically denied. You must remain unmarried until the vawa application is approved. Since still pending, you shouldn't have remarried. You should see a lawyer.

if you re marry before vawa is approved, vawa gets automatically denied. if you don't report this now to uscis,it could lead to serious consequences in the future.

you have to leave the United States to adjust your status.
