#religiousworker adjustment of status, Again I’m bringing this question in front of community, what happens if government don’t act before ending of religious worker visa sunset date September 30th 2023? how is this going to impact on already filed petitions (pending I-129 Non immigrant visa, I-360 immigrant visa and pending I-485) in religious workers category?

From what my lawyer told me, if you have a work authorization you should be fine. Don’t let it expire, always try to renew it until the i485 is approved.
