Regarding I-485 after Vawa approval
Hi Fam ,
I just want to confirm with you guys if anyone got their i485 approved after Vawa approval. I haven’t seen any I-485 approval lately . My Vawa was approved in Jan 2025 and I still waiting for the decision on my I-485. I haven’t seen a single post about I-485 . please share your experience

This is still within what is considered to be normal processing times for VAWA bases AOS. Typically from when VAWA petition is approved to when AOS is issues it can take anywhere from 7-24 months or more especially with the new interview requirment mandated for these applications.

Vawa approved Sep/2025, biometrics in Dec/2025, now they asked my medicals. I’m happy, it’s moving!

VAWA approved March 2025 and it’s one year now and still nothing.
I think we should all file for Mandamus.
