Yes and no! Depending on what their taxes showed that they earned for the past three years and if they only took it for the first time cos of COVID you should be good insofaras they made enough money...however, do well to find someone who doesn’t take any benefit.

Stanley O. is correct. for example my wife is my sponsor. she was on unemployment due to Covid-19 for 3 months on 2020. but her yearly gross income is what mattered. she eventually got another job. and there hasn’t been any issues
