I submitted REF last Wednesday but nothing has changed on my case ! I did sent them with fedex the tracking is saying delivered but nothing yet!?

did you send it to a lockbox? they might be processing and sending to location where they will review

that’s pretty normal. sometimes it takes weeks for the field office to update that it’s received online. hopefully it moves fast once they do that @hey hey
