recommendation attorney and cost for EB2 NIW
Hi gang Hey team, I'm considering applying for EB2 NIW. A friend of mine successfully went through the process on his own and received his green card in under a year. Previously, he and his partner had worked with an attorney for an EB2 case, but they missed submitting a key document. Now, I have an attorney, AK POKU Law, who is asking for $250 for a consultation, but as expected, they’re not willing to provide any cost details upfront. I'm already financially strained from a previous application that was quite expensive. Could you share any insights or advice based on your experience? I'm feeling mentally drained by the thought of handling the process solo, though I know it's possible—my friend has shared some useful resources with me. Also, do you have any recommendations for attorneys and their fees? Lastly, if I already have an I-485 and I-765 application based on another relief, would this new application speed things up?
