if you get an interview bring the documents from this to the interview and proof you paid your fine. I don’t think this will get you denied. my lawyer told me any minor traffic infraction under $500 doesn’t need to be disclosed … so not sure if this applies to reckless driving but he told me not to worry about my speeding ticket. I was approved and I never disclosed it (it happened before I filed).

you did ask this question 2 weeks ago. reckless driving is a criminal misdemeanor or felony in some states, you were in the court because of reckless driving and found guilty (actually you were pleaded it). yes it may affect your good moral character

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 reckless driving is not a minor traffic violation. he was speeding more than 20 mph over speed limit, in addition to other charges

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 I paid only $381 and my criminal lawyer told me to plai guilty and the he told me it wouldn’t effect my immigration status
