@Lilin C yes I do have an account and I haven’t seen any updated notices on the documents tab

this is normal. notice may take 5 days to show up in the PETITIONER’S USCIS account. they could be asking for anything but usually it’s simple stuff. for example a more clear copy of a prior divorce certificate.

maybe uscis starts works on January am I right?

the above is for 485. 130 is for proof of marriage etc

@J K my medical or spouse who is abroad? isn’t that during NVC process? not sure what they want until I get the notice on my hands!

@w s what does I485 has to do with me being citizen and she’s abroad? Proof of marriage (court marriage certificate) was submitted along all other evidences during I130 process.

@Martins Chima I believe it was transferred from Potomac to NBC.

what did you submit as evidence of bonagide fide marrige ? did u submit photos and stuff? RFE can be for more proof of relationship and it can also be for minor spelling mistake from what I have seen

or it you have not signed in the required area

@dp dp I included marriage photos on a word document with pdf format and with statements in addition.

hopefully that’s what I am hoping too. it has been over 24 hrs and I haven’t received a notice on my online account yet. The status just stated that I have received RFE, request of additional evidence.

I’m assuming missing signatures or clear copy of the documents I’ve submitted. I can’t think of anything!!

emma won’t even let me connect with a live agent. it’s the weekend so I will try on Monday. But hopefully, I receive the digital notice on my USCIS account beforehand! Man, I am still worried about what more evidence they want besides minor corrections.

yes I had submitted 130a along with 130.

did you receive rfe notice in uscis account yet?

@dp dp yes received today on the mailbox and it only stated incompleted 130a

i got the same thing and filed january 11th.i will write here when i get the letter
