can you please tell me from where did you complete your medical exam I-693 and how much they charge you ? my FO is same Minneapolis.

@Nihal v I went to Minnesota Occupational Health Dr. Peter Swann 4360 12th Avenue E Shakopee MN 55379 I live nearby. it was about 450 for everything. if you are missing a vaccine I suggest you do it with your insurance since they don’t take insurance at this office

Congrats!! Did they send you a tracking #? My case was approved on Tuesday, I wonder if I will get the card this week or next week

yeah you’ll get an update saying “USPS picked up mail containing your card” and it will have a tracking number. once you see that you’ll probably have it next day. You’ll probably receive it next week

@Elvis were you asked anything about your school? I came as F1 student too but I didn’t go to the school

@T L. That information most likely is disclosed in the I-485 form since you are adjusting status from F1 student. I was asked when I graduated and OPT just like a few questions. But due to the fact that you didn’t go to school as required with a F1 visa I am not sure what you situation is or was.

That’s nice @Elvis and congratulations! I did my medicals that the same location as you as I was living in Shakopee by the time I filled. My interview is coming up too in Minneapolis and was wondering how is the parking situation around Maquette Avenue. I plan on being there maybe 45 minutes ahead of time just to be sure. not sure how early your arrived.

@Kenned Knows. yes be there as early as possible out interview was at noon so when we got there it was hard to find a parking area due to construction 🚧. We ended up parking in a parking ramp about a block or 2 blocks away. Honestly we were stressed trying to find a spot 😂 but I think that was the nerves as well

@Elvis, 😂😂, the nerves did play a part my sure, my interview is at 10:15 AM so that’s early enough hahaha, but still that’s out of rush hour and parking spaces would have gone, looks like I will also just go to a ramp. I am adjusting from F1 too and after my Opt but I am still enrolled and taking classes. Hope they didn’t keep you there for hours, was for breathing on your neck, was there lots of people because I have seen people mentioning this field office to be slow

@kennedy knows. Not at all. we got. there 11:30am. appointment was at 11:45am. the office was fairly empty about 20 people including some lawyers. And when we walked to IO office I noticed lots of empty offices. I think Minneapolis is improving. I thought I’d have to wait much longer than I did. A friend of mine waited 18 months lol. but it depends on your case etc

@Ajay Eega. we weren’t asked too many questions. It was more verifying the information on the I-130 and I485 forms. She asked for each other’s birthdays and other very simple questions that any married couple should know. the interview probably lasted like 15 minutes. I was missing a long version of my birth certificate and she requested that. My attorney sent it within a week. and 18 days after the interview I got approved. The I-130 was approved a day after the interview

@Eddy. September 2, 2021 Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office September 2, 2021 The Post Office picked up mail containing your new card. September 1, 2021 We mailed your new card your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, directly to the address you gave us. August 31, 2021 We approved your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. August 30, 2021 We ordered your new card. August 23, 2021 We received your response for Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. August 12, 2021 Your interview for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, was completed, and your case must be reviewed. We will mail you a notice if we make a decision or take further action. July 12, 2021 We scheduled an interview for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. After interview was scheduled. it took about 5 days or so for me to receive the letter
