receipt notice timeline
Hi All, 1) anyone who recently applied for vawa in April or March 2023 to nebraska lockbox and have received their receipt notice, please share your timeline based on when the packet was delivered to uscis and how long did it take for you to receive the receipt notice? 2) Does it take longer to get receipt notice if filed concurrently? thanks!

I filed in Vermont service center on March 21. Still waiting for my receipt notice. I heard from my lawyer that reciept notices for VAWA are taking time. When did you file and have you received your notice yet?

i filed in second week of April 2023 to nebraska, no I have not received any receipt notice yet. there is a way to do status check after 30 days, I am sure you are eligible for that since yours is past 30 days. chat with emma and try!

no its just about receipt notice, did you file concurrently? if yes then you can inquire about the 485 receipt notice, 765 and i131

receipt notice takes forever I applied Jan 20 2023 and I got my receipt notice on April 20 2023 so that is about 4 month and my case was transferred from Vermont center to Nebraska center
