I am waiting from Aug 2023 and i consulted my attorney last week. She is not encouraging me to file WOM given the current situation. I have decided to wait couple of months and see where it goes. My country is not on the 75 country ban list.

@Marvin Mejia Currently I don’t have lawyer too. But, I had lawyer during my asylum application in the court and I asked her about mandamus and she discouraged me to do that. Now, planning to do it anyway by next month. Looking for a good attorney.

@ that’s the fee they charge if you filed mandamus by yourself but if you file the group mandamus it’s only 2200 it’s on her website that what I paid

I see now it looks like it was a deal she is now doing another lawsuit for the people of the pause

Guys... U can file Mandamus yourself without lawyer... It costs $500... Its not even difficult
