hey i have been waiting for my asylum based green card since April 2024 (670 day’s to tatol ) should i file WOM and any one know a mandamus lawyer or i can file it by my self. ?? please every single advice matters thanks

you can hirr a lawyer for $5k+ or you cna do it pro-se…it’s all about your budget and what you wanna do… you cna read some blogs about it google…if you need a lawyer google it too… i read it on reddit and here…good luck https://mandamusprose.com/blog

I am waiting from Aug 2023 and i consulted my attorney last week. She is not encouraging me to file WOM given the current situation. I understand if she was money minded she wouldnt care and ask me to file a WOM. I have decided to wait couple of months and see where it goes. My country is not on the 75 country ban list.
