Rank of my case in Case Analysis in Lawfully moved one back :(
Today I checked lawfully’s case analysis for my i485 - it shows 4th out of 119. It was 3rd for last few months. Initially 3rd in 118 then 3rd in 119 and now 4th in 119 - said one case moved ahead of me. Wondering how this is tracked and why would a case move ahead of another in ? Any idea and did it happen to anyone else too here ? Mine is India PD Nov 2022. GC interview done in June all other docs finger prints etc done earlier including medicals. Please share if any of you have any insights into this. Thanks and best wishes to all for their speedy approvals.

Its hard to say how they rank it. probably based on current status. I wouldn’t put too much trust in their ranking.

it probably means that someone whose case was received earlier than yours just signed up here

Hi - I am curious how did you get invited to give finger prints etc.
the final action date is still April 2022 and your priority date is November 2022.

Nit every one is being called for interview. Maybe in future they may call all. Aftwr Medicals in Jan 2024 or so interview was in June 2024

@V M - I have I-140 approved for EB1A with priority date as June 2023
are you saying that I can submit request for finger prints etc even though the final action date is in 2022?

I had done concurrent filing in Nov 22. After that got a notice asking us to go for Biometrics then after a gap Medicals and in Jun 2024 interview.

concurrent filing is allowed only if priority date is current.
in your case, was it current when you filed in Nov 22?

@A T You will be called for fingerprints at some point of time after filing your i485. You cannot submit a request for biometrics, USCIS sends a notice for biometrics appointment.

CONGRATULATIONS on the approval. Just trying to understand the weird ways in which USCIS works, my PD is 28 Feb 2022 and the final action date is 1 Feb 2022. How are they approving Nov,22 PD cases when prior PDs are not in final action.

@V M - right, my question is how is one able to file I-145 when the date isn’t current. RRY did concurrent filing even though the date wasn’t current.
