quick question
Hi family.Does a long-term marriage count towards a quick approval of an vawa case? for example 5 to 10 years of marriage might convince the officer with all the evidence?

@Momo Momo absolutely not, you can be married for 20 years and have 10 kids together that's only one thing that's proven (legit marriage(maybe)) but you still have to prove everything else that VAWA requires and if only 1 thing doesn't have legit evidence you will be denied.

it should because if you were married for 5years you will have lots & lots of evidence that vawa requires easily. I was married 5years before vawa & got lots & lots of evidence without doing too much

I was married for 7 years when I filed. the only RFE they sent was for good moral on me. Vawa was approved in 3 years. green card was approved 5 months after that.
