Quick Question!
Please family, If you have a pending I-485 form, are you still required to pay a fresh filing fee for your EAD renewal form? I submitted my EAD renewal form adhering to the 90days rule but just received my package back in the mail now that payment was not provided and a copy of my form I-485 receipt notice is not also included.
If I include the receipt notice of my pending 1-485 form to my package, will it resolve the issue ?

You're require to pay for it, unless you got a fee waiver and a copy of your pending AOS receipt @Amazing Grace

Thank you all for responding to my question. I will include a copy of the 1-485 receipt notice and mail it back tomorrow morning . Although they said my initial filing date will not be retained, I pray and hope they will still treat my case because of the time left. But the heart of the King is in the hands of God. I love you all💕💕💕
