QUEUE FOR INTERVIEW
Has anyone ever had their interview in queue for scheduling and then had their case approved without the interview ? About a year ago an agent said my interview had been waved ! But then we moved to another state and after opening an inquiry about my case being outside processing times I got an email saying my case was moved to queue , waiting to schedule interview . I just want to know if they’re going to schedule or just approve it ! thanks

yup I called them last year they told me i485 interview is waived guess what nope is not waived they book an interview for me I did the interview January 4th and approved January 6
