questions about submitting 485 and 765
Hello, I have a few questions hopefully someone would be able to answer it,
1.to send 485 and 765 should I send it to Vermont or Nebraska
2.i’m sending two of my children’s form with mine, should I add them with mine or in a separate envelope
3.what envelope would you recommend(just a regular brown own?)

@Amen I Have they approved your VAWA already (I-360)?
if your VAWA has been approved, you don’t have any deal with Vermont any more . Send all the applications in a single Envelope to the nearest USCIS otherrwise, to Vermont

@AUG22 GodHaveMercy hi!! my VAWA and I-485 were approved, I sent my son’s I-824 (he is abroad) to NBC (per my lawyer). is there anyway I can make this process faster? they sent it to Vermont and it’s saying 19 months processing time 😢😢😢😭😭

@God is good I don’t think so. However, the processing time could be less than 19months. Just keep your son doing sometime that will keep him busy for the time being

@Amen I my attorney sent all my packages to Vermont Center except renewal of EAD that was sent to the nearest USCiS Office
