you will get a welcome letter in your email that will give you a nvc number and invoice number you will use that to sign into the ceac.state.gov website the first and only thing you can do is pay the fees there is a fee for the petitioner and applicant. you have to pay the fees directly from your bank account it takes like 4 days to process I am still waiting for mine to go to paid so I can upload the rest of my documents. hope this helps.
