Question!!
Hi!
I filed my I-485 based on employment (EB3 Skilled) in March 2023, and it's being processed by the National Benefits Center. It's been over 2 years (about 851 days), and I still haven't received any decision, the last update was they used the fingerprint they got.. I submitted an inquiry back in January, but the response was just that they are working on it.
Is anyone else going through a similar delay? Is this wait normal? Any advice on what I should do next?

@Andrea Mendez My husband filed our process in April 2021 and yesterday he received a message that a new card is being produced (approval notice). My status changed to RFE sent. USCIS probably will need another document from me before my approval. Our process is EB3 unskilled.

@Andrea Mendez do you know which field office your case is currently processing ?
i am on same boat PD june 2022 filed on dec 6 2023, current status Finger print has been applied but my case is at Raleigh NC FO.

call uscis 800# agent will check for you where your case is currently
