Question regarding "Class B conditions in overall findings" of I-693 form
Dear community, I have one question regarding "Class B conditions in overall findings" of I-693 form. I had a medical RFE and submitted the form already, but I have one concern. The doctor checked at Class B conditions in overall findings of I-693 form, because my TB blood test is positive (Chest X-Ray is negative though). My only Class B condition is the TB test (latent TB infection-Class B), but will it be a problem to have the Class B conditions in overall?

Latent TB will not impact your Adjustment status process however what did doctor say? did he write anything on 4) Remarks? If say, you need to see your PCP for management of the latent TB also you might get RFE to provide the evidence that you have met with your PCP and your doctor is managing your latent TB infection.

He wrote in the remarks that my lungs are clear, and I don't have TB symptoms, and that I would start treatment, which is true (I am taking medicine until 12 weeks). My concern was regarding the Class B mark in overall condition (in part 6), even though my only Class B is about TB.

Do not worry for the latent TB. This is common for most of the Asian country's also you can refer CDC website. you might have taken by birth BCG, if you are a Asian. For the immigration process, keep the evidence record that you have met with your PCP and your doctor is managing your latent TB. If you get a RFE most likely, send the evidence, prescription etc, you are good.

Thank you very much for all your responses! They are really a great help. And yes, I will keep all the evidences of treatment. (And also yes, I am an Asian.)
