question on terminated work permit
so to make a very longgggg story short, I have a green card at the moment which was granted to me back in 2015. unfortunately according to USCIS my green card was not and is not valid to become a US Citizenship, so they let me keep it thank God. I started a new process with my wife to get a new green arc as is the only route to get one. My Work permit and travel doc was denied and terminated, and still have not gotten the notice. My lawyer and I are assuming it got terminated because of the fact that I’m working and can travel with this GreenCard. has anyone experienced the same or similar? #i-130 #newgreencard #i-485 #ead

No offense but you should get a different lawyer if he/she is assuming instead of finding out exactly what’s going since that’s what they are being pained for. Here is a really good lawyer I think you should reach out to who I can confirm goes to bat for all her clients in person…https://hemanslaw.com/

I appreciate the advice, however, multiple lawyers and even USCIS have advised to get the greencard through my spouse. As far as her finding out she is we just haven’t gotten a response yet unfortunately

no letter in documents with the termination? does it say benefit through other means?

@w s I have not received notice yet, but I’m hoping that’s the reason

good luck!!! this stuff is ridiculous

@w s thanks. tell me about it. there are thousands of people who hate the United States, values, freedom(what’s left of it) values, culture and they’re getting green cards left and right, becoming citizens to then backstab the nation with terrorizing ideals and mindset and many of us are legitimately ready to fight for the country and get stranded, overlooked and in some cases denied privileges that many of those people don’t deserve.
