@Atharv A if you have filed medical after nov 2023 then it will be valid for life but if it has been filed before nov 2023 then after 2 years has lapsed you will be receiving an RFE to submit new Medical’s

@RW BM @Hello World don’t worry I am a 2022 oct filer too and I like to believe that our dates will become current latest by Oct if not sooner. and I feel that coz of the new data published on pending I485 inventory. check it out on uscis website and you will be refreshingly encouraged.

@Atharv A thanks for sharing this but I think he means current as in as on date. That is believable coz PD will not advance beyond 2022 for fiscal year 2025. l do think, though, that PD will cartainly advance to end of 2022 given the numbers pending. if you look at the sheet, there are 5400 odd folks waiting for visa availability with PD between Sep and Dec 2022. Even if we consider worst case scenario with very little spillover we will still have 4000+ visas available starting Oct. Now on the subject of porting I think that has slowed down too looking at layoffs, people unable to travel outside of US for a year and the reduction in L1A counts overall. Hence my optimism that 2022 filers should be able to get their GC
