Question: I just got my GC after a year waiting after the Caruso interview . I’m wondering for removing conditions do I need to be on the conditional for 2 years or I need to be married for 2 years?
Also to apply for Citizenship do I need to be on permanent residency for 3 years of be married for 3 years because then I have a gap of a year because they didn’t respond until a year after . thanks !

for removal you need to be married for 3 years and can apply as early as 2 years minus 90 days before your green card expires. if your condition removal isn’t processed and you have been a permanent resident for 3 years you can then apply for your citizenship.
