Guys please why it’s that any time I chat with agents for questions about my case on Emma, they ask me to let my wife call a number for the answer because they cannot give it to me?

they need to verify your wife’s info because she is the one who filed the case and will only give her information.

you chat with Emma instead of ur wife.Give all info about her like DOB and address. no need to tell them

what i do when I chat is emma is that I do act like my wife with out them knowing to get information I need
