@ be calm 1.are you the petitioner or beneficiary 2.where is the beneficiary situated....if in the United States,file i485 and attach copy of the letter i797c to your application with a letter stating the beneficiary will be filling AOS at a local field office within your jurisdiction If the beneficiary is abroad then you need to file i824 first and send to NVC All this can be done yourself or better still to consult an attorney

any idea what’s processing time for I-824 ? because I’m hearing it’s say 90 days, some says 6-12 months, some says 10-13 months
