For a spouse visa, the NVC does not require photos of you & your spouse during document submission. Only send documents if the NVC explicitly demands.

@p Kay May I ask— when you submitted all of your documents to the NVC? I am hopeful that I will receive a response from them within the next week or so.

@p Kay Oh yes, NVC usually requires a handwritten signature on Form I-864, so they might ask for a resubmission—but I hope it goes smoothly regardless.

@mrs bolton so when you resubmitted how may days did it take for them to look at it again, and have you been DQ yet?

@p Kay after I submitted to NVC it took they 13 days to get back to me....now I just resubmit my I-864 form on the 4/06/2025 they haven't get back to me a
