they never hold back the receipt notices. you will get it with a little bit of time lag

I’m also thinking of adding a G-1145 e-notification if I submit - just so they enotify of case number and submission sooner - but I actually need the I-797C more (so that’s what I’m trying to know if they are sending those this month/soon

Right. Adding G-1145 is always a good idea to do. But getting the email notification can even take 2 weeks (you know it always depends), so you may need to think of the case they send it in October. Anyway, hope you can submit your I-485 soon. Good luck!

I’ve filed I-485 (based on approved EB1) early this month and the I-797C arrived about 2 weeks after filing.

Hi @Sodo 11 This morning, I’ve received text messages that my applications are received. The messages have the receipt numbers and say that I-797C will follow in mail.

Hey. @Sodo 11 sorry for the late update. I took my biometrics on Oct 7th. It was for 485 and 765, and later applied to 131 on a seperate notice (Oct 16rd). My receipt number also starts with MSC.

That was my latest updates so far. @Sudhakar J congrats! hope you can get remaining approvals soon!

Congratsss Bunnie - means I could have just submitted my I-765 with I-485 instead of separating it haha - but I have submitted my I-765 just yesterday! and took I-485 biometrics last Monday / so I think they will apply the same biometrics to my EAD soon for the decision Thanks for sharing! helps me to know those are coming soon 💃🏽and the fact that you recently submitted your I-131 and approval has also come fast is great!

Thanks! I'm sure your I-485 biometric will be applied to I-765 soon. In my case biometric was taken for only I-485/765 and later applied to I-131 automatically. Hope you can get I-765 approval soon as well!

Hey. On last Friday, I got an update to my I-485 saying “New Card Is Being Produced”. I guess it’s got approved!

@Sodo 11 wow! great news! I received a week after a week from the “the card is being produced” update. In my case, the package was kept in a USPS office and I had to pick the card up there.

@Bunnie Bunnie Ooh that’s good! how did you know to pick it at the usps office? did your status change to card was mailed with a tracking number?

@Sodo 11 Hey. It’s great that your card was mailed. For me, I’m registered to USPS Informed Delivery, so I get notifications for every mails delivered to my address via email. If the tracking number is not available, maybe you can check my uscis account or try ask Emma. Also, your card may be delivered to you just like other mails. In any case, I hope that you will get the card safely!
