ah that’s sad story I sent to them a RFE usps said they received it on September 3th it’s on October 31th they updated the website said they received it on October 31th 2 months after so nothing is fair in this game pray for everyone they don’t respect us at all

jeffry ! was requested by NBC or Field office ? had you have confirmation from USPS .

mine is from nbc we send it on the first of November and they received on the 14th of this month after that no more updates

i heard that any RFE comes from Field office not get any update, .

sometime they did not update in system. they get mine medical rfe 8 August still no udpate

when my nbc sent me rfe, it was updated that they received it. when local office sent rfe, they never updated they received it but I tracked it online and it was delivered to them as I requested that the package be signed for

FA@ this is what I heard, when RFE comes from NBC , there is update , but field office not, I do have my tracking information and showing my package has been delivered to them and someone from field office signed it. hopefully 🤞 good news comes before thanksgiving to all of us.

@Hope Hope I got my ‘RFE response received’ within 2 weeks of sending my medicals.

@Hope Hope, all cases are handled differently, in my case my case never got any update even after interview and medical examination submissions for four years. After two years of initial medical examination, they requested for another medicals and this time, my account showed RFE and when I submitted the medical examination, no received update and I 485 approved like about two weeks later and then they updated with cards being produced. So, just be patient and everything will fall in place. I know the wait is depressing but worries can not do anything. My own case is pathetic and I don’t like sharing my timeline just because I don’t want people to get depressed. my VAWA was approved under 650 days and then stayed there for four years before I finally got my I 485 approved. It was killing but I scaled through

@TJay, no I didn’t renew it myself! They renewed them automatically once due

Not true. My field office requested for I693 and they got it yesterday and updated it yesterday. Just don't know why they didn't just approve if that's all they needed. 130 approved after 3yrs.
