Queens field
Hello, yesterday I received a request of additional evidence update from the Queens Field Office. When I applied in May 2023, I submitted all my medical records, pay stubs, etc. What do you think the RFE is about, please, if anyone had similar experience?

probably it’s medical records because probably what you sent is expired till they checked your case. so don’t worry

@gabriel g Yes, I've already received it. I was involved in a car accident in 2022. I went to court, but the lady didn't appear, so the judge dismissed the case. Now they're asking me to get the dismissal paper from the court before they give me a final decision. It's easy to obtain; I'll get it by Monday and send it.
