Psychiatrist Note.
Good morning ,guys .l hope that you are doing well .The Psychiatrist send me to the pharmacy medication for depression and anxiety and sleeping too ,the diagnosis is “Severe episode of recurrent major depressive disorder, without psychotic features “.l saw the note that she put and it just says that my situation get worse because l problem that k had with my wife and current separation from her ,it doesn’t says to much about it ,l have been in depression since my mom death when l was a child ,l have my pl first interview with the Therapist in Wednesday.Should l sent the note of the psychiatrist or do l have to wait untill the Therapist starts to sent both report ? l will start the process for Vawa in about two weeks ,my lawyer told me to wait one Minth after he sent the withdrawal for l-485 .

@Magic Magic take the advice of your lawyer. At least have a few sessions since that would make more sense for a diagnosis and treatment plan. You can keep going but the record needs to state you were being seen at the time you filed.
