Has anybody processed a 601A waiver in the past couple of years and received a decision?
How long did it take between Biometrics and decision??

took us 2 years and 10 months to get approved. March 2022 fingerprints and Oct 2024 .. we got approved

I did my biometrics in dec 2023 but my lawyer said I have to wait until oct2026 to get the approval!

@TBB #waiver we were in Nebraska and we got transferred (Oct16) to Potomac.

did biometrics in April 2024 Potomac has our case working on it hopefully we get an answer next year around this time or sooner 🤞🏼

did biometrics April 2024 did an expedited n get denied so back to the waiting game my case is at Potomac been 14months now 😔
