For the I-130 they are working in Jan 2023 You're lucky I submitted Sep2025 Ead still waiting Submitted travel document in Oct

6 months is still pretty normal for I-131. A lot of people get the EAD first and then wait several more months for advance parole, even when everything was filed together. For September 2025 filing, you’re still in a common waiting range. A realistic expectation is that AP could still take a few more months. Many people see it around 7 to 10 months, sometimes longer. So you may be closer now, but unfortunately not outside the usual pattern yet. Which service center gets approved for EAD?

For those who have been waiting, I just got my 131 approved on April 7. so it took me less than 7 months to get the document.
