Hello guys, how long does it take to get approved for work authorization. filed Dec 2023. I would like to know how soon they call for biometrics. Thank you.

@Teekay Odu they will reuse you biometric from before. have you done your biometric when you were applying for I130 and i765 from marriage ?! it could take 3-7 months under C09 marriage

@Teekay Odu Filed in August 2023 and just got it in March so 7months which seems to be average lately. They will most likely reuse biometrics as they did mine.
