PRN or part time
Hey guys,
I have a question regarding prn job.
I got a new EAD card but unfortunately I-485 is on pending.
I have a full time job but I wanna have prn or part time job if possible.
Anyone knows whether it is okay to have prn job while green card is on pending?

Yes you can. As long as you maintain and continue working for the first hospital who petitioned you, you can have 2nd, 3rd and so on job.
Also you can change you current job and hospital (the one who petitioned you) if your I-140 has been approved and your your I-485 application has been filed over 180 days. the new job has to be in the same field and full time and the new hospital has to complete I-485j supplement form.

@lily soto part time can be any field? like you can work remote jobs. or should it be the same field?

@Ca wa As long as you maintain your primary job with your sponsor, you can work 2nd, 3rd and so on any type of job part-time, full-time, Per DM. The 2nd and 3rd and so on job doesn’t necessarily have to be in the same field either.
