@pr g if you see last 6 months no movement to EB1 but there are movements to EB2 and EB3 every month. USCIS reported around 10k cases pending for India under EB1 until PD Sept 2022. every month porting to EB1 is around 200(for India) . so in order to complete pending cases alone will take another 2 to 3 years. so now you think what USCIS can do in the next VB.

@jj max search with "uscis eb inventory report" there will be a xlsx to download and filter by eb1 and india. you can see it
