Hey! I have got my EAD approved 2 times but never got Prima Facie letter and what does this mean ? I am confused n a little worried now guys please reply if u understand.

@Lucky Lucky The prima facie determination is a letter they send every 180 days until they make a decision in your case. They send this letter when they consider that you meet the basic requirements of a VAWA case. Don't worry about receiving it or not; I've seen some people not receive it and still be approved, while others receive the prima facie determination and are still denied.
