i got my second pf 2 months after my first one expired

@hope hope hope did your PF expired on 6 months ? mine it is a year. sometimes they take time between two PF mine 3 months different after the first one expired and they send me second one one year,

in 6 months.

Prima Facie is just a document stating you meet a requirement for the benefit you’re applying for. Once it’s issued you will keep getting a renewal if your case has not been decided yet even when they decide you still be getting it till you get a green card. So don’t worry even if it doesn’t come it doesn’t have any issues on your case you will be approved don’t worry 😉

@kenny Kenny once the i-360 is adjudicated and a decision is made the PF are no longer issued. you don’t need a PF if your i-360 is approved

@Blessed & highly favored You still get every 6 months after your VAWA APPROVAL. Countless approved folks gets it and I still get one expiring June and you have to get it until you have your green card you benefit still rolls

@nik sat Don’t panic I never received PF until Dec 16Th after I got approved for Dec 13th, so don’t panic about it, not necessary you have it to get an approval. worry not 😉

@Aika Tok I know right I never got PF either but got my approval in 20 months I know it’s crazy so after my approval I got the PF and my lawyer says I will be getting every 6 month until I have my green card in hand before the benefit stops but I am not applying for none despite the fact that VAWA applicants are excluded from using public benefit against I just didn’t apply for none

@kenny Kenny there is no need for a PF once the i-360 is adjudicated (approved or denied)…. read A2: Validity period and Renewals from their website …. once the i-360 is approved you present the approved i-360 to continue receiving your benefits.

You need to re-read. I got my Vawa approved Dec 13th, and I got a PF dated Dec 16Th, it’s what I received not an earsay.. 🤷🏽‍♂️ And since when has your own Vawa been approved?

@kenny Kenny i won’t argue with you ask anyone who got their vawa approved in 2021/2022 and are still waiting for their greencard if they still get the PF renewed. just because USCIS sent you another PF because they didn’t believe your case would be approved before your previous PF had expired that doesn’t mean they sent out PF after i-360 is approved. … to each their own don’t tell folks based on an isolated incident yake a sample case and find out if that’s what happens.

@Blessed & highly favored I guess you didn’t read where I said countless folks who’s approved and still get PF Because they have their i485 pending for about 9 months now, why not speak on what happened to you since the platform is for sharing one’s experience than trying to think I’m wrong for WHAT HAPPENED TO ME AND THOSE AROUND ME? 😃😃 Again I ask, how long you been approved and it’s different if you got one before your GC approval but if you waiting on GC and got approved in between 6 months for GC is way different so I will base my response to anyone off what I experience
