prima facie determination
hi guys, blessings! I just received a prima facie determination. it says that the petition for an extension was granted for 180 days and that if they don’t make a decision by the end of 180 they will add another 60 days. anyone in the same boat. I don’t want to get excited and think that they will make a decision on my i360 any time soon because I don’t want to stress about it again, I being waiting 780 days so far.. thank you

I got the same thing too . the prima facie . but I just file my VAWA in April, and I got my prima facie in may

I got another a month ago as well with the same information don’t worry just use this information to gain the benefits until they are ready for you. Just pray and hope for the best.

@God loves you! ;) @my testimony is here like @Shari rightly said, there is really nothing to be excited about. i got over 4 Prima Facies in the course of my VAWA journey… You could get 10PF and still get RFEs… Some of us filed since 2020/2021 and only got approved this year, so just relax and keep your fingers crossed.
